Refund Policy

1 Non-refundable subscriptions & cancellation

All Temple Girl Kids subscription fees are non-refundable, including monthly and annual plans and renewal charges. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial use of a billing period, or unused time after you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the same channel you used to subscribe (e.g. account or subscription settings in the app, on our website, or via your App Store / Google Play account). After you cancel, you will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will apply for that subscription after cancellation, subject to the billing rules of your payment platform.

2 When refunds may be considered

Outside the general non-refund rule, we will consider a refund only in these situations:

• Technical failure: A failure on our side that prevents you from accessing the Temple Girl Kids service you paid for (for example, a sustained outage or a confirmed account or entitlement error attributable to us). Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed in every circumstance; we review each report fairly.
• Accidental duplicate charging: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period by mistake. If we verify a duplicate charge, we will refund the duplicate amount.

Any refund is at our reasonable discretion, subject to verification and the limits of your payment provider. App Store and Google Play purchases are processed by Apple and Google; see the sections below.

3 Apple App Store subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds ourselves for those transactions. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple using their process (for example via reportaproblem.apple.com). Apple's policies and decisions apply.

4 Google Play subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed and managed by Google. We cannot issue refunds ourselves for those transactions. Refund requests for Play purchases must be submitted through Google Play support or your Google account subscription and order history. Google's policies and timelines apply.
