How to remove your Temple Girl Kids account and data from the mobile app.
Account deletion is available in the Temple Girl Kids mobile app only (Android and iOS). Parents and guardians can delete an account themselves while signed in. The website does not offer a delete button; if you only use the website and need help, email support@templegirl.com.
Follow these steps in the Temple Girl Kids app:
Use your registered mobile number and the one-time password (OTP).
Open your account profile from the app menu.
Read the warning, then confirm. You must be logged in to complete deletion.
The app clears local data and signs you out when deletion succeeds.
When you delete your account, we remove or schedule removal of:
Deletion is permanent after the retention period below. It cannot be undone.
After you delete in the app, we mark your account for deletion and remove login access immediately. Remaining records in our database are permanently deleted within 30 days.
If you sign in again with the same phone number, you will get a new account. Premium access from your old account does not transfer automatically; you may subscribe again on the website if you wish.
We respond to support requests within 30 days.
